Job Description
An automotive client of Insight Global in the West Michigan area is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for leading all activities related to quality system oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, ISO 17025, and customer specific requirements. This individual will be heavily involved with engineering teams to develop solutions that decrease defective product output. This is an onsite position; candidates are required to be onsite 5 days per week.
Compensation:
$120,000 to $130,000 annually

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- 3-5 years of management/leadership experience
- Recent automotive or aerospace industry experience
- Strong understanding of PFMEA and Control Plans
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Tier one supplier or OEM experience
- Experience working directly with suppliers
