Job Description

Insight Global is assisting our client in the food manufacturing industry identifying a Project Manager to support multiple fast‑moving corporate initiatives. This PM will manage up to four concurrent projects, ensuring structured execution, cross‑functional coordination, and proactive risk management. The ideal consultant brings a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive deliverables on a fast‑track timeline. This role will work closely with and report directly to the Manager of Strategic Programs, supporting her with daily and weekly project tasks, stakeholder updates, and initiative oversight to ensure each project stays aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities – Day-to-Day

• Maintain and manage project plans, RAID logs (risk tracker and remediations), action items, and governance documentation.
• Manage multiple project TEAMs sites, project milestone tracking, and project status reporting
• Coordinate weekly and as-needed project meetings, workshops, technical and/or project business related deliverable discussions.
• Serve as daily liaison with internal project team SMEs and external project consulting vendor PM and consultants
• Provide consistent project communications, executive-ready summaries, and schedule updates.
• Identify risks, track issues, escalate blockers, and manage scope/control changes.
. Key focus is on timely execution of the above deliverables to meet targeted project timelines/deadlines within projects on a “fast-track” timeline to meet go-live target date(s)

Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience in project management, preferably managing multiple initiatives in a corporate environment.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, MS Teams, advanced Excel, and other key project artifacts)
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
· Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience

· 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally in a strategic or enterprise setting.
· Experience working with senior leadership or cross-functional teams.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
