Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a Construction Foremen to join their team. They are a local Commercial excavating company. The ideal candidate would someone with 5-10 years of experience in the field and have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Leading the crew with duties that need to be done with little direction.
- Understand Blueprint and build to the design
- Maintain a safe job site
- Operate the heavy machinery while still making sure crew stays on task.
- Communicate with Owers, General contractors, and other trades.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
- Past experience 5-10 years is preferred
- OSHA 300
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience in Pipe laying, mass dirt moving, following grad plans.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

OSHA 10 Certification
