Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accela Developer to join one of our clients out of Lansing, Michigan in a hybrid role 2 days a week onsite. The Accela Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining applications within the Accela Civic Platform to support government operations. This role ensures that business processes are automated, workflows are optimized, and integrations with other systems are seamless.
$30/hr to $60/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience working within the Accela Civic Platform.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with workflow design, data migration, and system integration.
- Familiarity with government processes (permitting, licensing, inspections).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Accela Certified Professional.
- Experience with GIS integration and payment processing systems.
- Knowledge of state compliance and security standards.
