Job Description

This lead engineer will handle the following on any given project:

- Lighting design
- Fixture selection
- Photometric calculations
- Power layouts: from building entryways to small power receptacles
- Low voltage responsibility
- Coordinating tasks with in-house trades (structural, mechanical, architectural)

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of experience in architecture/design
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- FE certification (at minimum, PE preferred)
- CAD experience (software utilized: Revit)
- Experience handling power and lighting design (software utilized: AGi32 and Visual Lighting)

Top Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, ability to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PE certification
- Short-circuit coordination (software utilized: EasyPower)
