Required Skills & Experience

The Business Analyst is a technical partner embedded within the Auto Credit Operations team, focused on transforming manual, high-effort processes into automated, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT to design, build, test, and own automation tools that improve efficiency across the loan origination lifecycle.
This role blends business analysis with hands-on execution — you’ll learn how systems like Loan Origination Systems (LOS) operate, then create automations using Python, Power Automate, and Power BI to eliminate repetition. Over time, you'll take ownership of key processes and workflows, becoming a trusted steward of their performance and evolution.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
