Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a full-time PTA to help make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults in St Joseph, MI. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you’ll deliver personalized, one-on-one care in our Day Health Center.

Key Responsibilities:
-Carry out individualized therapy plans developed by the Physical Therapist
-Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and group maintenance therapy
-Support participants in the center
-Coordinate and monitor durable medical equipment (DME)
Educate caregivers and families on therapy-related care
-Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
-Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Required Skills & Experience

-Active or in-progress Michigan PTA license
-Valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
-Strong desire to work in a collaborative, team-based care model

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-1+ year experience working with the frail elderly population
