Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Intake Coordinator in the Plymouth, Michigan area. The Intake Coordinator will manage client intake procedures, including collecting and verifying client information, handling insurance verification, and maintaining accurate case management records. They will provide individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults, answer phone calls and emails, and offer customer service to clients. Effective communication with therapists and other staff members as part of the team is essential. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals, and conducting yearly re-assessments as needed. Additionally, the Intake Coordinator will collect information for co-pays, schedule appointments, conduct intakes for new and current clients, learn the platform used for group and individual intakes, and handle billing for intakes, ensuring accurate information entry for providers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Masters Degree in Social Work from accredited institution
- Licensed (LMSW) Therapist in Michigan
- Experience working with family and children
- Experience doing intakes and following billing procedures
