Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary administrator for Coupa across multiple business units
• Configure and maintain Coupa modules, workflows, and user roles
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user inquiries
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize Coupa usage
• Support integration efforts between Coupa and other enterprise systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity
Provide training and documentation for end users
Compensation: $30/hr to $34/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Coupa applications
• Strong understanding of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management
• Experience with Coupa integrations (e.g., via API, flat files, middleware)
• Familiarity with workflow configuration, custom fields, and reporting within Coupa
• Experience working in enterprise-level environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred:
• Experience with Coupa Release Management and testing new features
• Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices
• Coupa Certification(s) a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow & Jira
