Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support food safety and quality assurance within their manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanitation, quality, or food production operations. You will serve as the “boots on the ground,” ensuring compliance with food safety protocols, environmental monitoring, and documentation accuracy. You will be responsible for conducting on-site food safety risk assessments during construction and operational activities. Monitoring environmental conditions to prevent pathogen intrusion and ensure sanitation compliance. Verifying Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from lab swabs match the correct products prior to release. And will collaborate with team members across 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure food safety standards are upheld. Most importantly you will perform routine audits and compliance checks, including barrier integrity, fan operation, and chemical sanitation stations. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $35-$42/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
Experience in Sanitation or environmental monitoring

1–3 years of experience in food safety, sanitation, or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
