A client of Insight Global in the West Michigan area is seeking a Program Managerto join their team! This individual will be responsible for providing expert technical leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with program goals. They will need to maintain strong customer relationships while overseeing program execution to meet cost, quality, and timing requirements. The role also drives continuous improvement and supervises staff while implementing enhancements to products, processes, and performance. This is an onsite position; candidates are required to be onsite 5 days per week.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 annually

- 3+ years of experience in program or project management for new product launches.
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous project financial responsibility (keeping project within budget, meeting goals, etc.)
