Job Description
-This person will be helping to navigate different aspects of how to govern data
-Projects will all be data related but also on incidents and ticket taking side
-Manage changes that are needed for how different SLAs in IT are being measured in different groups
-Helping to standardize ways to calculate SLAs and KPIs to help with ticket taking
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources.
- Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Address issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience
-6-10 years of Project or Program Management experience with data and IT projects
-Wide range of experience with different types of projects to be able to adjust to different scopes of work
-Experienced building dashboard and working with analytics
-Ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Effective planning, prioritization, and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
