Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Specialist in the Detroit, Michigan area. The Operations Specialist will be joining a team of 14 other specialists that they will work closely with during training, but eventually working individually as they gain experience. They will be working in a high volume environment reviewing work orders, reviewing which assets were used along with the service that was being used, and documenting any assets. The Operations Specialist will join weekly meetings with the team to review metrics and data, explaining any issues they are coming across, and speaking up on difficulties and wins. The Specialist will be working with a variety of teams and portfolios and will progress as they gain experience in the role.
% Breakdown:
70% pulling work orders and working through analytic reviews
30% communication with business partners and internal teams
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in professional work (business, finance, accounting, supply chain)
- Experience using SAP, ERP systems
- MS Office intermediate/expert
- Experience in work management systems (maximo) and the ability to navigate easily through

- Bachelors Degree
- Mortgage Underwriting experience
