Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire an Tier 3 AV Installation Technician/ Site lead for their Detroit office. This person will be responsible for running the job site, reporting project progress back to the project manager and evaluating the work that has been done by the junior techs, while also supporting with hands on work as well. This role will be very collaborative and work cross functionally with the general contractor, project manager and engineering managers to make sure that they are effectively delivering on the customers requirements and following the outlined blueprints. This role will be supporting customers in the greater Detroit area- typical hours are 7:30-4/5 depending on the customer and project.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have experience in the AV Industry
- 5+ years of installation experience
- Experience leading a team in the field
Leading crews, holding them accountable, deliver various actions of the job site.
- Experience working with a blueprint software- PlanGrid, Bluebeam etc.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a valid Driver's License and Driving Record that matches customer driving standards
