Day to Day:
On a typical day, the Program Manager will oversee the administration and governance of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence across multiple teams. They will collaborate with leadership to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), manage scope changes, and facilitate alignment between delivery and organizational governance. The role involves coordinating Agile Release Trains (ARTs), organizing retrospectives, demos, and PI planning sessions, and supporting transformation services such as change management and user training. The Program Manager will also be responsible for generating dashboards and reports using Power BI, with an emphasis on leveraging BigQuery as a data source when applicable. Regular responsibilities include monitoring program health, escalating issues, and maintaining quality standards across the board.
