Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Chief of Staff to support one of our automotive clients in Dearborn, Michigan. This role is going to be a combination of content creation, administrative support, and meeting coordination to enhance the departments communication strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and design presentations, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials to effectively convey information internally
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Organize and coordinate meetings
o Prepare agendas
o Take detailed meeting minutes
o Ensure follow-up on action items
- Assist in planning and execution of team events
o Logistics coordination and communication support

Compensation: $30-35/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with project management tools and software
