Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join the PMO office for one of its largest Tier 1 Automotive Supplier customers based in Northville, MI. This is a fully remote position based in Europe, & this person should be an exceptional communicator, with a background in end to end IT app dev & infrastructure projects, and working with high level stakeholders & 3rd party vendors.
Specific Responsibilities:
· End-to-end accountability for project tasks/activities and act as central point of contact for project activities and questions
· Develop project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets
· Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects
· Utilize project management methodology to direct and lead team deliverable development
· Drive decisions to ensure the success of projects taking into account timing, risk, functional requirements, and business benefits
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and other Tenneco cross functional teams
· Identify, document and escalate identified risks and issues through program and IT Management
· Prepare project status reports for upper management
· Ensure project milestones are met on time and within team and project budgets
· Manage detailed financials to ensure financial accuracy, estimate forecasts, track actuals/invoices, report discrepancies, and adjust accordingly
· Keep management, team members and business stakeholders informed of critical issues, project status, changes, deadlines and expectations, etc. on a consistent basis
Manage vendors to meet the deadlines, ensures integration and communication across project team and vendors
Compensation: $55/hr to $65/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
