Insight Global is looking for a PMO Analyst in the Detroit area. The PMO Analyst will work closely with the PMO Director in establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Program Management Office (PMO) processes. This is a dynamic and pivotal role where the PMO Analyst will play a key role in developing PMO standards, implementing best practices, managing project performance metrics, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. You will work closely with the PMO Director and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, governance, and overall project portfolio management.
Assist the PMO Director in establishing and rolling out the PMO framework, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
Develop and refine standardized project management processes, workflows, templates, and tools to enhance project efficiency and consistency.
Support the PMO Director in the adoption of established governance standards and best practices, including risk management, communication, and stakeholder management.
Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for PMO's success.
Assist in resource management activities, including coordinating resource allocation, project prioritization, and capacity planning.
Provide training and guidance to project managers and teams on PMO tools, processes, and best practices.
Offer day-to-day support to the PMO Director in any other tasks related to PMO operations and project support.
