A large Material Handling Company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This person will manage full project delivery of an automated material handling warehouse. They will be responsible for managing everything from budget to scope to timeline to resource and risk management. This person will be the main point of contact interacting with the customer and communicating direction to their core delivery team. The delivery team will consist of PMs, project engineers, controls, and software engineers. The main project they will be supporting is about $200M in value. They will be required to train in Europe for about 4 months. Once training is complete, this role will require 30-50% travel as it is important for this person to be on site to ensure proper progress is being met on time and on budget. This person must be very driven, highly organized, a strong communicator and a great leader.

Bachelors Degree in related field (marketing, sales, engineering)
Experience working on $80M+ size project
Experience within any of the following industries- Automated material handling, construction, automotive
Strong in Microsoft Project
Highly motivated, organized, and a natural problem solver
Strong communication skills (this is a heavily customer facing role)
Willing to Travel 30-50% depending on the phase of the project
Highly relational- able to build relationships with customers and existing team
Highly resilient/flexible
Previous experience working with Amazon (either working for Amazon directly or supplying to Amazon)

PMP
Experience with Jira
