Insight Global is looking for an IT Program Manager to join one of our clients out of Southfield, Michigan. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP intiatives that span across multiple business lines. This person will manage the day-to-day project activities, resources, prepare estimates, and lead detail program plans for all phases throughout the project. This person must be able to work cross functional as there are many moving parts within the SAP intiatives. They also will be leading vendor management, which includes RFQs (request for quotations) and RMS (record management systems) within the SAP programs. This team also recently started transitioning from a waterfall to an agile environment, so leading agile principles will be important as well. Other responsibilities include developing budgets, handling process improvements and performance management, mentor/coaching staff etc.
$60/hr to $75/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 7+ years of SAP project or program management experience
- 4+ years of experience with full product lifecycle
- Comfortable using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working within either a waterfall or agile environment
- Vendor Management / 3rd part implementer experinece
- Strong communication and ability to work cross functionally
