Job Description

Insight Global is looking to fill a Senior Manager position in the Department of Management & Budget Budget Office, reporting to the Interim Director of Budget. The position will analyze and advise on process improvements that improve overall operations of the division, focusing on those that minimize manual processes and maximize systems (Oracle) functionality. Under general supervision, the incumbent will act as Project Managers/ lead process improvements/ business process re-engineering prioritized by senior leadership. May also provide support to implement performance management efforts including identifying and tracking KPIs for the projects and general division workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree with major course work in accounting, finance, business administration or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience of process improvement and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in researching, collecting data, preparing complex analyses, reports and presentations and project execution on subject matter related to this position.
- At least 5 years experience leading teams or providing instructions to subordinate staff.
