Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Program Management Office (PMO) Director. The PMO Director will provide oversight and direction for managing the portfolio of programs within the department. The PMO Director will work directly with leadership to ensure all programs and projects are uniformly organized, resourced, managed, reviewed, reported, decisioned and terminated in accordance with leading practice project management methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a similar discipline from a recognized college or university; AND
Five (5) years upper management experience, preferably in program management
Must be highly analytical, detail oriented and possess an ability to work within tight timelines and in pressure situations.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Participate in the development and continuous improvement
Display accountability and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
Must possess a strong ability to work collaboratively.
Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to a variety of audiences including in writing.
