Insight Global is seeking an experienced Energy Manager to join our energy team in supporting a key automotive client. This role will focus on providing expert energy management and optimization services to key client's global portfolio of manufacturing and commercial facilities. The successful candidate will serve as a key energy advisor to the automotive client, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems while supporting the automotive client's energy-related sustainability initiatives, specifically their 2025 energy goals. This position requires both hands-on expertise in energy management systems and proficiency in data analysis to help them achieve its energy efficiency targets.
Compensation:
$40/hr to $60/hr or more
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

o 5+ years of experience in energy management, energy optimization, or building systems management within industrial or commercial settings.
o Demonstrated experience in energy audits, energy savings initiatives, and working with building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, and boilers.
o Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, utility rebate incentives, and experience supporting corporate sustainability programs.
o Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating energy data dashboards and performance tracking tools.
o Strong analytical skills, including energy modeling, cycle analysis, and statistical analysis.
o Solid understanding of energy-consuming systems found in manufacturing facilities, including compressed air, HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
