Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a remote Data Analyst V. You will be supporting the People Data Solutions team and providing technical solutions for the People Analytics data ecosystems within HR Tech. You will be responsible for developing data products such as statistical models and forecasts, complex queries, and Tableau dashboards. You will also play a consultative role where you will guide partners and stakeholders in defining metrics, interpreting data visualizations, and interpreting results of analysis. You will also be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of existing products, which may require deep dive analysis to validate data quality, integrity, and accuracy of enterprise data solutions. Pay range is between $50-$70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience
Bachelors degree
Highly advanced SQL skills Proven ability to manipulate, store, and report on data via SQL
Highly proficient using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate and present insights
Advanced reporting and analytics experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree in quantitative field, such as Applied Statics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or Information Systems
Experience with HR and Recruiting Data
Ability to deal with ambiguity Need to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all the information is available
