Insight Global is looking for a Plant Manager in the Roseville, Mi area. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a gear manufacturing facility and their employees. Duties include planning production schedules, identifying productivity goals, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance in the manufacturing process. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the employees. This individual must have strong leadership qualities, gives clear direction, thinks proactively, and has a high degree of accountability.
Pay Range: $60.00/hr - $80.00
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
