Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Information Systems Technician to join our client's Global Care team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Information Systems Technician is responsible for receiving support calls from the client's store locations to help resolve and troubleshoot their POS system. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills and a technical background.



Compensation:

$15/hour to $23/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.



Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of experience with IT support, help desk, etc.

* Experience receiving support calls and remoting in to resolve issues

* Strong customer service experience

* ServiceNow experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience supporting POS systems

* Prior experience working at Comcast
