Insight Global is searching for an IT Specialist for a client located in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This person will operate a variety of computer systems including Z/OS Enterprise Server, Window Server, high-speed Xerox laser printers and other computer operations tasks to ensure efficient computer center operations. They will also be racking/un-racking Data Center devices and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. The Operator will need to run cables under the Data Center floor from device to device and troubleshoot any technical errors.

- 2+ years of previous experience in information technology
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and systems
- Experience with Data center and system backup
- Basic understanding of ticketing system and usage
