Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Scientist for one of its customers in Grand Rapids, Mi. This candidate will be responsible for leading data science projects and initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and developing innovative and more complex solutions to address clinical and business challenges. Candidates should have strong technical and analytical problem solving skills and demonstrate an ability to cross function and communicate effectively between various business departments and stakeholders. You are expected to lead the development and implementation of complex data science solutions, designing, implementing, and evaluating advanced machine learning models and algorithms, evaluating the effectiveness of models, algorithms, and optimizing their performance.

- 5+ years of previous experience in Data Science, Analytics and Machine learning
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other equivalent areas of education
- 3-5 years of previous experience with Python programming
- hands on experience with various Cloud Platforms, AWS preferred
- experienced with Data orchestration tools
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
