Job Description

Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations, tablets, and computer networks. Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking. Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.

Role Responsibilities: Provide basic technical support to this large Food Service's Clients. Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of desktop/laptop software problems.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 - 3 years technical experience in an IT support role
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues.
- Very strong user and support of Mircrosoft Office 365.
- Very strong user and support of Mircrosoft Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Logmein or other remote control software
- Experience with Tandem AS/400 support
- Experience with AOVPN, FortiClient
- Excellent communication, people person, sociable
