Qualifications & Deliverables:
a. It is important to have good communication skills, be able to work closely with shift and team leaders to solve daily production problems, and be able to help develop a daily production plan and establishment plan. Maintenance and queuping teams
b. It is also very important that he has minimal technical background related to the production processes (PLC, press, screwdriver, testing and/or welding, soldering, bending, metalworking machines), given that he will also be responsible (but not exclusively his) for the direct supervision, training, development and evaluation of machine setting technicians.
c. Experience gained in developing, optimizing or possibly automating processes is an advantage.
d. Supervise the production scrapping process, coordinate backweighings, repairs and dismantling operations, improve rejecting accuracy and keep records of products and quantities in closed areas. This is a separate group of tasks which can be combined to a limited extent with the tasks listed under (a), (b) and (c).
e. All mentioned problems are expected to be collected (documented), systematized, followed up and, last but not least, solved or coordinated with their solution, as well as the preparation of appropriate aids and instructions based on the solutions, and the updating of existing line documentation.
f. Theoretical and practical development of the professional knowledge of production line workers and technicians, communication of group goals and results, updating of group board.
g. Ideally, we would like to employ 1 colleague in the final assembly area and one in the pre-assembly area.

Scope: Process Engineer / Production Support Engineer (2 people) in this position we are looking for an engineer with experience in automotive manufacturing who is also experienced in defining, organizing and improving manufacturing processes.
