Working on a Balanced Team and collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and Product Designer to deliver projects; Carrying out development using Pega Tools to support end-to-end feature delivery; defining, designing, developing, and deploying applications/services and proof-of-concepts to support Guest Experience Platform growing technical capabilities/expertise and providing guidance and mentorship to other team members; establishing best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize risk; ensuring quality, on-time delivery using Agile, test driven development principles; leveraging and applying UI/UX design principles; The position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering or technical field. You've built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications. You've led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution. You've been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques. You've demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. You've delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
