A client of Insight Global is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Team Lead to lead their SPM implementation. Ideal candidate must have extensive experience implementing the SPM module in previous or current role and can speak to ability in this space. This candidate will follow the company's SDLC to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system/application programs. They will assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents to provide feedback. We are looking for a candidate with significant technical expertise and leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence while contributing to the success of current and future project needs.
*10+ years' experience in implementing ServiceNow as a platform.
*5+ years' experience with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM); and has ability to speak on previous examples of SPM implementations done.
*Experienced in managing/leading technical projects and implementations.
*Experienced in SAFe Agile methodologies/environment of Software Development.
*Skills in: ITIL v4, ITBM, PPM, or TBM.
*Understanding of Resource Management and Demand Management -- strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through with business requirements.
*Must currently reside in one of the following states: MI, IN, IL, OH, WI, KY.
*Certified as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator.
