Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a client in Flint, MI. This individual will be responsible for technical assistance and support for their mobile authenticator, wireless network, VPN network, computer systems, hardware, or software. They will also be responding to queries, run diagnostics programs, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to resolve the issues. This will be a high call volume position and requires excellent customer service.
· 1+ year of experience with mobile authenticator support
· 1+ year of experience with wireless network support
· 1+ year of experience with VPN network troubleshooting
