Insight Global is looking for a Break Fix Technician to join a large healthcare company in Metro Detroit. This position falls within the deskside support group responsible for providing support to field users at hospitals, health centers, and outpatient locations and will be supporting a companywide technology refresh installation.
* Troubleshoot & resolve PC hardware and software failures
* Install net new PCs such as HP desktops & laptops within a Windows 10 environment
* Provide end user support through Service Now ticketing system
