Insight Global is looking for a mid level Mechanical Engineer to support one of its manufacturing clients in the greater Grand Rapids area. This person will be responsible for mechanical design, tooling and project management support across various clientele . Candidates should be proficient with Solidworks Software and strong understanding with tooling and manufacturing processes. This a full time position on site Monday through Friday 8-5pm.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 4+ years of previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- strong professional experience with Solidworks Software
- has worked in a manufacturing environment and comfortable with minor travel
