GRC Risk Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an GRC Risk Analyst to join the Governance Risk and Compliance Security team at a large automotive customer. This individual will use their Archer admin knowledge to support and maintain current development as well as creating configurations and enhancements.



Specific Responsibilities Include:

· Facilitate risk assessments by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk data on Application and Infrastructure Risk/Control Framework

· Support and expand existing GRC tooling functionality (i.e., Component Assessment, Detailed Risk Assessment, Risk Scenario, Compliance Inquiry Management and Vulnerability Remediation processes) as well as develop new process configurations

· Work with partners to identify, align and aggregate risk inputs from various sources within the organization

· Drive integration with other risk/control processes and tools

· Continue development of the IT Risk Model and IT Risk Appetite, which serve as input to making risk-based decisions

· Define and develop risk and control metrics and risk intelligence

· Maintain and update GRC content APIs and data feeds

· Cultivate relationships with other stakeholders and consult with subject matter experts on various skill teams (e.g., Global Data Insights and Analytics, Corporate Security, Ford Credit, In-Vehicle/Mobility Cyber Security, Human Resources, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, Product Driven Organizations) and data element owners

· Create and delivery audience specific training, presentations and reports to support end user awareness and understanding

· Build and further enhance the risk dashboards to provide the enterprise a comprehensive view of risks

· Assist with the information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines governance process to support risk/control changes and emerging technology

· 3+ years of experience in GRC and/or risk management

· 1+ years of Archer Development experience

Design interface, creating reports/dashboards, removing/adding fields, calculating within fields and building logic

Understanding of archer data feeds

Bachelor's degree

· Experience in risk assessment, IT policy, compliance requirements

· API experience

· Experience translating business requirements

Understanding of GRC framework methodology
