One of our Medical Device clients is actively hiring for a Change Control Coordinator to join the Packaging team in Raynham, MA to help with documentation and basic administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand release workflow structure in windchill
- Single point of contact for Packaging Change Management activities
- Collaborate with engineers on collecting right input workflow
- To monitor progress towards project goals & objectives ensuring on time completion of project goals.
- Coordinate between Windchill Change Owners, Windchill task assignees and Approvers as CR/CN manager ensuring a quicker completion of CR/CNs.
- Identify right Windchill Task assignees and content approvers for various document types in Windchill CR/CN process.
- Track the CR/CN process flow and resolve any issues to close the change process quicker.
- Initiate Change Request and Change Notices for Packaging BOM and routing them for approvals and release in PLM system.
- Upload models, assemblies and drawings in Windchill and process for approval
- Maintain working relationship with windchill approvers at manufacturing and within the procurement, quality and regulatory organizations
- Weekly updates on the project deliverables including being the primary coordinator for windchill release prioritization meetings.
- Responsible for documentation & report generation
- Initiate Change Request and Change Notices for Packaging BOM and routing them for approvals and release in PLM system.
This position is fully onsite from Monday-Thursday & Remote on Friday.
