Job Description

Day to Day:

Sweetflexx looking for a high-energy individual who is able to apply design thinking to all aspects of life and problem-solving. They are looking for a candidate who can coordinate multiple calendars and move adeptly between projects. You have the desire and ability to drive marketing results through design and help us identify opportunities for growth. This candidate will bring hand-on experience with modern web design, email marketing and campaign experience with you. They will be someone who brings the same courageous energy and a big appetite for learning, innovating, and challenging themselves. Top candidates will exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking skills, a creative eye, and meticulous attention to detail.



Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute concepts and layouts for email marketing (Klaviyo), website (Shopify), and print materials

Design creative assets for digital marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Website auditing & QA

Work closely with leadership team to develop the look and feel of the brand

Support product team with creative development of new colors, patterns and unboxing

Include a creative reference to a purple cow in your resume

Retouch and optimize product images for web & marketing

Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all channels (you should be excited to lead and develop this aesthetic)

Take ideas all the way through the creative process - from idea concept to production

Create & present mood boards for campaign concepts - be able to clearly communicate ideas, opportunities and concepts

Collaborate in planning photo shoots - both lifestyle (on location) and product-driven studio shoots

Be a leader in maintaining brand voice & vision

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in graphic design with an emphasis on digital

Strong Adobe Creative skills

Marketing campaign experience, especially with paid social, eComm, brand marketing and digital campaigns

Web design experience

Strong passion/desire to build a brand

Experience or a passion for health and wellness

Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback

Can work independently and meet deadlines

Attention to detail

Collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team environment

Ability to think outside the box - creative problem-solving skills and the ability to apply design thinking to all aspects of the company

Eagerness to learn about entrepreneurship and willingness to continue to develop and learn from the newest trends and strategies in digital design and eCommerce

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses

Bachelor's degree in the arts

Experience in graphic design within eComm or an agency setting

Experience with a startup company

HTML/ CSS knowledge

In-studio and lifestyle photography experience

Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Figma
