Team members will play a key role in a high-visibility modernization initiative focused on data integration, advanced analytics, AI enablement, application development, and operational readiness. This is an opportunity to build impactful solutions from the ground up, work alongside senior technical leaders, and help shape the future of a platform that supports complex operations on a global scale. If you would like to join the team as a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
• Defining the technical vision for the overall ecosystem and platform
• Designing scalable cloud architectures that bring together data, analytics, applications, and user experiences into a single operational platform.
• Working closely with engineering leadership to make key technology decisions around Snowflake, Databricks, React, and Node.js solutions.
• Guiding development teams through architecture strategy, integration design, and modernization efforts.
Helping create a long-term platform that provides operational visibility across critical systems around the globe
Compensation: $110-115/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture experience
• Expertise designing enterprise-scale cloud-based solutions
• Experience architecting data platforms leveraging Snowflake and Databricks
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, application architecture, and security
• Experience supporting modern web application architectures utilizing React and Node.js
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and communicate with executive stakeholders
• Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or sustainment environments
• Experience with AI/ML or predictive analytics platforms
• Experience building connected products or IoT/data-driven applications
