CI/CD Pipeline Development — Proficiency in GitHub Actions workflow authoring including reusable workflows, matrix builds, and self-hosted runners; experience migrating from Azure DevOps at scale across multi-environment .NET service portfolios
Incident Response & Observability — Ability to triage production issues using KQL (Log Analytics, App Insights), interpret custom log tables, and drive RCA across distributed services in a multi-tenant healthcare claims environment
Infrastructure as Code — Experience with Terraform and Helm chart management for AKS baseline configs, Redis deployments, and multi-client namespace provisioning across both Azure and AWS environments
Secrets & Security Compliance — Working knowledge of secrets management across GitHub Advanced Security, Azure Key Vault, and AWS Secrets Manager (OIDC-based); experience remediating secret scanning alerts across large .NET repo portfolios in a regulated healthcare/CMS environment
Cross-Team Coordination & DevEx — Proven ability to coordinate CI/CD changes across Dev, QA, Performance, and Client Operations teams; experience managing DACPAC deployments, Helm rollbacks, and environment-level change windows in a production healthcare claims platform
