Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receive, inspect, and process incoming client samples, products, materials, and supplies.
· Coordinate the shipment and receipt of samples and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, laboratory personnel, and other team members to support daily operations and resolve shipping or receiving issues.
· Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems.
· Verify shipments against packing slips and documentation, reporting discrepancies.
· Prepare samples for testing, including labelling, logging, aliquoting, and other sample preparation activities.
· Perform preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on shipping and receiving instruments and equipment as required.
· Maintain shipping and receiving cleanliness through routine housekeeping, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
· Properly store, handle, and dispose of samples and materials in accordance with company disposal policies and safety regulations.
· Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
· Maintain an organized, clean, and inspection-ready receiving and sample processing area.
· Assist the Project Management team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
· Associate’s degree or 1yr experience in similar environment.
· Computer literacy required including Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-starter, independent, pragmatic
· Flexibility and ability to learn new skills
