Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a leading financial services client in support of their Chief Data Office (CDO) team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing automated reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with minimal manual effort. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise automations within the Microsoft ecosystem and will be highly proficient with the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automated PowerPoint generation solutions that pull and present data from enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support reporting and business process automation.
- Integrate Power BI datasets into automated presentation outputs for executive reporting.
- Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs and PowerPoint APIs.
- Create and maintain Office Scripts to streamline reporting workflows.
- Implement AI-powered and Copilot-assisted presentation generation capabilities.
- Build reusable PowerPoint templates that dynamically populate with live business data.
- Automate recurring executive reporting packages and dashboard distribution processes.
- Integrate data from multiple enterprise sources including SQL databases, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, and external APIs.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance reporting automation pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Pay ranges from 60 -75/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of application design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience developing integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Strong Power BI experience, including reporting and dataset integration.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise data integrations.
- Experience developing solutions using Office Scripts.
- Ability to build scalable automation solutions for reporting and business processes.
- Strong communication skills with experience supporting executive-level reporting initiatives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Microsoft Fabric experience.
- Azure Functions development experience.
- Experience with PowerShell and/or C#.
- Python development experience.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-assisted automation solutions.
- Background developing automated PowerPoint or document-generation solutions.
