Job Description
One of Insight Global’s leading insurance clients is seeking a Data Product Manager to join their team in LATAM. This individual will serve as the voice of the business for data across a growing insurance technology platform, partnering closely with underwriting, actuarial, finance, operations, and engineering teams. The role will be responsible for defining data requirements, prioritizing data initiatives, and owning the roadmap for reporting, integrations, data warehousing, and enterprise data capabilities. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires a blend of business acumen, product management expertise, and technical fluency to drive scalable data solutions that support long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Strategy, or related roles
Experience gathering and translating complex business requirements into clear data specifications and roadmap priorities
Strong experience working with business stakeholders across finance, operations, analytics, or other data-driven functions
Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage a strategic product roadmap
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Technical understanding of data modeling, reporting architectures, and data warehousing concepts
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Insurance industry experience
Financial services or regulated industry experience
Experience supporting underwriting, actuarial, finance, or operations teams
Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise reporting solutions
Experience collaborating with distributed global teams
Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization initiatives
