Job Description
The Incident Response Analyst serves as the central point of coordination for customer and internal inquiries related to cybersecurity incidents. This role partners closely with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Corporate Communications, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communications during cybersecurity events. Responsibilities include managing a centralized incident response intake process, triaging inquiries, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging tools such as ServiceNow to support incident management activities. The individual will help mature and scale the cybersecurity communications and governance program by developing intake workflows, communication templates, governance processes, and stakeholder roadmaps. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Participation in incident response activities, including occasional evening or weekend support during high-priority events, is expected.

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cybersecurity, incident response, or a related field
-Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools
-Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interface across multiple teams
-Ability to develop structured processes and roadmaps from scratch
-Willingness to be available for occasional off-hours support
