Job Description
One of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Vice President, Data & Analytics based out of our Somerville, MA
office.
This individual will lead the organizations enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy. Partners closely with executive leadership, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the VP of Business Applications to deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support capabilities using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

This position reports to their Chief Information Officer. This position will be fully onsite for
the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the
manager and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
• Partner effectively with executive leadership, BPOs, and BPLs.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned analytics solutions.
• Support enterprise KPI visibility and data-driven decision making.
• Promote reporting consistency, governance, and operational transparency.
• Collaborate closely with Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Operations
teams.

The compensation for this role is an annual salary of $300k with 60k annual bonus potential.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics,
Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data
management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL.
• Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and
enterprise analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality
best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
at all organizational levels.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision
making and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management
skills.
• Ability to mentor team members, drive analytics adoption, and lead organizational
change initiatives.
• Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric certifications preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
