Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the staffing team with AI Factory build administration. This role is responsible for accurate and timely data entry in SAM (Staffing Tool), maintaining consistency across tracking spreadsheets and the web application, and ensuring all reporting outputs remain aligned across systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and confident managing recurring data administration tasks with precision.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate and timely SAM data entry in support of AIF build administration.
• Track and update build-related information across multiple spreadsheets and the web application, ensuring data is current and consistent.
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure all reporting remains aligned and free of discrepancies.
• Identify and flag data inconsistencies, gaps, or errors, and follow up to resolve them.
• Support the staffing team with ad hoc data administration and reporting requests as needed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of build administration activity for audit and reference purposes

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in data administration, operations support, staffing operations, or a similar administrative/coordination role.
• Experience in HR role would be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data validation, and basic data reconciliation across multiple files.
• Comfortable learning and working within web-based tracking/administration tools.
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring tasks independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
