Pay Rate

$50 - $63 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Active Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred)
Experience with T&E on large-scale systems/programs
Strong experience with test plans, procedures, and execution
Hands-on environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI, reliability)
Experience with data analysis and test reporting
Ability to develop test methodologies and evaluate performance/compliance

Required Skills & Experience

DoD T&E experience / 8140 (671) alignment
MBSE / digital engineering exposure
Comms/RF or NC3 systems experience
MOSA / Open Mission Systems knowledge
DOE (Design of Experiments)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Build and execute test plans and procedures
Perform and support environmental & system testing
Analyze results and produce technical reports
Validate requirements and system performance
Identify issues, recommend fixes, and improve test processes
Support test environments and scheduling across releases
