Job Description
The BI Developer will support data and reporting initiatives by developing Power BI dashboards, integrating SAP customer data, and performing data transformation activities. This role works closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality BI solutions aligned with enterprise data and reporting standards. Compensation is based on years of experience and ranges from $10-12/hr.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform data transformation, cleansing, and modeling to enable accurate reporting.
• Integrate SAP systems (customer data domain) into the BI reporting layer.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users for requirements gathering, validation, and feedback.
• Work as part of Raghu’s team to support ongoing reporting enhancements and delivery.
• Follow best practices in data modeling, visualization, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in BI / data analytics development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data models).
• Experience with data transformation tools (Power Query, ETL concepts).
• Experience integrating SAP data sources (ECC, S/4HANA, or BW).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an offshore team model (IST).
