Job Description
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Product Manager to lead delivery and strategy for a Certinia PSA transformation initiative. This individual will own product-level direction, partner closely with engineering, and drive alignment between technical execution and business priorities.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Certinia implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
Mid-level or higher experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
Deep expertise with Certinia (FinancialForce), especially PSA
Strong knowledge of latest and legacy (Apex-based) versions
Proven experience working in an Azure DevOps environment
Demonstrated success leading or contributing to Certinia implementations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate as a thought leader and proactive problem solver
Excellent storytelling skills—able to connect technical work to business outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Oracle OpenAir
Strong background in data migration
Exposure to or experience with AI-driven initiatives
