Job Description
This role will partner closely with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, instrument vendors, and project teams to design, develop, and configure LabVantage LIMS integrations with a variety of laboratory instruments and data sources. The individual will support the installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of systems. Some additional responsibilities include:
• Designing and building integrations between LabVantage and lab instruments
• Working cross-functionally with business users, vendors, and technical teams
• Configuring and developing within LIMS to support business needs
• Supporting system documentation, validation, and compliance requirements
• Troubleshooting integrations and ensuring data integrity and security
$90-$100/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Must haves:
• 4-5 years of strong hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS (v8.8+)
• Deep understanding of LabVantage data model and APIs
• Coding experience with Java, Groovy, and SQL
• Experience integrating lab instruments with LIMS
• Experience developing or supporting instrument drivers
• Background working in GxP environments (GMP/GLP/GCP)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience developing instrument drivers directly
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, agentic AI) to assist with development
• Pharma/biotech experience
• Computer Systems Validation (CSV) exposure
• Experience working directly with lab users / scientists
• Exposure to additional lab systems (ELN, SDMS, etc.)
